Instagram redesign for Architecture Firm

project brief
Architecture Firm wanted to redo their Instagram account to act as a first touch point and secondary portfolio. Less concerned with engagement and more with brand identity.
Firm sought to find a way to go beyond the limitations of the Instagram post, inherently unkind to architectural photography.
We developed a flexible, modular structure that allowed us to present images in any aspect ratio, from wide shots to tall verticals to close-ups.
The entire feed grid is used as an editorial style layout, with variations of groupings, white space, overlap, and themes explored to convey the aesthetic of the firm.
We revisited the firm’s photography and re-edited and styled them to a more unified and stylized look.
We also developed a style of IG Reel posts using existing photography with subtle motion and transitions with video capture on future projects.
Due to the account going cold, we developed a posting cadence to warm up the account and handle ongoing management.
